Text when the crew is on the way. They photograph before and after, load it and sweep up. If the job turns out bigger than the photo showed, you get the new price and nothing moves until you say yes.
When it is done we take the actual figure — not the estimate. Whatever we were holding above that drops off your card within a few days. Receipt, photos and disposal ticket land in your account.
You point at what goes. Nothing is dragged across your floor, nothing is left in the driveway, and the crew photograph the space before they leave.
If what they find is bigger than the walk-through showed, you get a message with the new price before anything else moves — and the job stops until you answer.
